- When does the plan renew?

- How do I cancel?

- Is family access included?
- Yes. You can invite family to view each home at no extra cost.
- Can I upgrade from one home to five?
- Yes. When you reach your home limit, your dashboard offers the 5 Homes plan.
- Is there a free trial or pilot?
- The one-home household pilot runs September 30–October 14, 2026, ending at 12:55 p.m. Pacific. Join before it ends with no card; afterward access pauses until you choose a paid plan. Businesses can use their first client home free.
